We are looking for a “QA / QC Engineer”
To be employed in Infrastructures –Electro Mechanical project ,
Water, wastewater, fire, drainage pipeline construction & MV/LV power sys pumping station Resident camp - located in KSA.
The Quality Assurance & Quality Control QA / QC Engineer will create, prepare and implement the QA/QC plan and any associated and relevant directives and instructions needed to support the plan. The main duties will be to develop and manage the quality control and quality assurance procedures.
Job Description:
• Revising and establishing project quality procedures, standards and specifications.
• Reviewing client requirements and making sure they are met.
• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
• Making sure that Erection and Installation processes meet the standards.
• Preparing and updating QA/QC related all documents Inspection, Material Submittal, shop drawing submittal, Method Statement etc.
• Coordinate with project engineers to prepare method statements
• Coordinate with project engineers in Preparing project submittal
• Inspection of Site construction works electro mechanical scope
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
• Monitoring performance of construction Quality.
• Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
• Implements Q/C procedure and ITP.
• Review project material for specifications
• Providing technical direction, guidance and oversight on all implementation activities
• Issuing RFI and NCR reports and logs
Qualifications:
• Qualified Engineer must hold degree in engineering preferable Mechanical Engineer Or Electrical Engineer
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project as a QA / QC Engineer.
• Good Mechanical/Electrical engineering skills.
• Good inspection skills. For project procedures
• Very good knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 and Internal Audit.
• Very good in Auto CAD.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
Required Skills:
1. Good Mechanical/Electrical engineering skills.
2. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Good knowledge of working with Auto CAD and Project Management programs.
4. Excellent oral and written English skills required.
5. Good inspection skills.
Education
Electrical / Mechanical / electromechanically Engineering.
