ESSENTIAL DUTIES
 Preparing weekly sales plan and forecasting sales prospects.
 Visiting the customers to introduce the company for new requirements.
 Generating the quotations in coordination with sales manager.
 Following up the submitted quotation with the customers and accordingly updating CRM.
 Following up with customer for down payment for approved sales order.
 Following up project status with project manager.
 Submitting the invoice – delivery note and following up the final payment
 Preparing sales & forecast report for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly for their sales respectively.
 Any other duties as assigned by sales manager.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Meet sales quota in volume and Value
 Customer Retention
 New Customers
 Closing Percentage
 Enquiry to sales order conversion ratio.
COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATION
Internal: All Departments
External: Customers, Local and International Suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Education
 University degree in Communication / Electronics Engineering.
Experience:
 From 03 - 05 years’ experience in the field of IT.
Training
 Training programs in interpersonal skills.
 Advanced training programs in IT Management.
 Training programs in sales management.
Certifications:
No Certification Required.
