Inspire for Solutions Development is looking to hire a Business Analyst in
Amman that has the following skills:
1. Requirements Elicitation techniques Interviews, Surveys, Job Shadowing ;
2. Requirements documentation and depiction techniques ability to draw process diagrams, wireframes ;
3. Strong communication/interpersonal skills;
4. Proven analytical background;

Main responsibilities:
1. Eliciting requirements from business stakeholders by conducting meetings;
2. Bridging the gap between the frontend and the backend teams and being able to meet the business needs;
3. Creating business documents for web services, outlining the web service flow of events;
4. Drawing process diagrams for the web services flow of events;
5. Updating and maintaining daily/weekly progress reports.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or any related fields.
Minimum Experience:
1+ year of relevant professional experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
