We are looking to hire an Purchasing Officer
Education :Industrial ,Bio Medical ,Chemical Engineer
Experience: 12 in Purchasing
Responsibilities :
– Prepare a plan to supply the factory with raw materials to avoid any shortage.
– Supply the factory with the needed stationary.
– Coordinate between sales and warehouse to purchase unavailable raw materials.
– Assign purchase order for the shortage materials.
– Source for new suppliers to get materials with lower prices and better quality.
– Coordinate with accounting to arrange payment process.
– Follow up the purchase orders to be signed on time.
* with the following skills:
Negotiation skills
self -Confidence
product relationships
Suppliers Relationships
Excellent English, Communication Skills and Computer Skills.
