مطلوب مسؤول موارد بشرية في عمان Our Company is looking for a motivated HR Officer to join our team with the following requirements: Key Responsibilities: • Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. •Maintain employee records and ensure they are up to date. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company internal policies. • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues. •Support day-to-day HR functions such as attendance, leave tracking, and employee relations. •Assist with payroll preparation. •Help ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and followed. Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. •13 years relevant experience in human resources. • Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures. •Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
